 Our Refund Policy
The CallHarry site provides a forum to enable buyers and sellers to connect to one another for products and services. CallHarry does not assume any liability whatsoever for transactions occurring between users, as stated in the User Agreement.

CallHarry does however provide a refund for a Membership or Advertising Fee according to the guidelines outlined below, and is committed to working with you to provide our customers with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
 
1. As a member of CallHarry, you must provide a written explanation to the purpose of your refund by e-mail to Support@callharry.com
2.

CallHarry reserves the right to accept or reject your refund and remove your account and/or services immediately. If a refund is granted, please allow up to 60 days to process a refund because of the time it takes to verify information and the time it takes to show up on your credit card and/or bank statement.
3. Members must make a claim for a refund claim within 15 days of the original purchase. There are no refunds after 15 days of the original purpose, however, a user can terminate their membership at any time according to the User Agreement.
4. Free memberships do not qualify for a refund.
